We can prepare Phase I Environmental Site Assessments compliant to the ASTM E-1527 standard and present the findings in a clear, easy to understand report that can be custom tailored to your needs.

Tank Screening			Soil Screening

If environmental conditions are found during the Phase I ESA process, a Phase II ESA may be warranted to quantify and characterize the recognized environmental condition. This may include soil testing, groundwater sampling and the installation of a vapor extraction system.

We also provide Tank Screening services which may include a brief database search with a visual inspection of the property for fill ports and/or vent pipes indicative of the presence of a tank. In addition we can screen suspect areas utilizing a Schonstedt Model GA-52Cx metal detector for the potential presence of any possible unknown buried underground storage tank. If an underground storage tank is determined to be present, Envirosafe can provide tank removal, testing, and decommissioning services.
